Ladybug Freebie

This week we are using the book, The Grouchy Ladybug to drive our learning.
It is such an amazing book that hands teachers more than a full week of learning fun!
We are using this book to review time to the hour, friendship, and so many math skills.
We are also using it to talk about verbs and the obvious... lifecycles

I made this lifecycle sheet for you guys for free!

(It is in the download preview for the unit.)

Ladybug Life Cycle

Is anyone else obsessed with teaching about life cycles for the Spring?  I get so excited to teach about the different life cycles, and my kids REALLY enjoy learning about the different stages of how the animals or insects grow.  Here is a little freebie for you to teach about the ladybug life cycle.

{Click on the image for the freebie}

Head on over to my blog to pick up a copy of the emergent reader and cut and paste activity to use for ladybug season!
