My name is Reagan and this is my first time writing a post for Freebielicious! I am excited to be a part of such a wonderful collaborative blog!
Now that things are warming up outside, it's hard not to let our minds wander to the end of the school year! {Okay okay the truth is by the second week of school my mind wanders to Summer vacation!}
I have a post with candy awards and minute to win it games that I used last year on the last day of school!
We had a red carpet event in my classroom with candy awards for each student!
There are over 30 candy awards {color and black and white} to snag on my blog!
We also played minute to win it games!
(all first grade modifications are explained on my blog)
Come on over and check it out and get your candy awards and minute to win it games!

ReplyDeletePlay & Learn Fun Kids Games Ever
ReplyDeleteHey lovely i love the awards candy candyyy
ReplyDeleteI love the games and the practice of good sportsmanship, great long term skills for kids to build upon in their future. However; I’m deeply saddened by the choice of “reward” (candy) because of the only damaging effects it will set our kids up with in the future along with preventable health consequences that many of us adults still struggle with such as diabetes, sugar cravings, weight issues, joint pain, alcohol issues, and inflammation issues in general which they are finding out could be the underlying (and controllable) cause of dementia, Alzheimer’s, and cancer. PLEASE consider and then find different prizes that kids could win for activities such as this. It’ll probably cost more, but in the long run if these health issues and behaviors can easily be nipped in the bud to begin with, not only will those children’s lives flourish without having to deal with these preventable conditions, but our whole society will as well because overall we’ll ALL be healthier on many different levels.
