Great contest! Even if I didn't win a prize, I found so many talented new K & 1 teacher friends all over the country and the world!
ReplyDeleteWe tend to close ourselves inside our own little place, bemoaning whatever comes our way. This experience has allowed us to peek out at the world around us and see we are not alone, that others have had our experiences and understand our needs.we can simply call out for ideas, brainstorming, commiseration, hugs and laughter. I've been teaching kids 3-7 for 35 years, and truly, everything comes & goes.
