Hi friends, Teri from A Cupcake for the Teacher here!  My firsties and I are working hard on addition and subtraction to 40.  Math with big numbers can be a bit tricky... especially when we seem to have forgotten our facts to ten!  That's why I created this little freebie:

Secret Santa FUN!

Every year, my close teacher friends and I--there are nine of us--organize a Secret Santa gift exchange.  It's SO fun!  To help us find gifts for our Secret Santa recipient, we use this little form that I created:

Picture Directions!

Hi!  Cupcake here to share an improved version of an old freebie! :)  Picture directions are a great classroom management tool for little learners!

I posted a set of picture directions in my shop two years ago, and decided they needed a facelift… so I made them pretty and added to the set!  They will match any bright classroom, and they also coordinate with my chevron decor.

Meet Teri {A Cupcake for the Teacher}

Well hello there!   It's my turn to introduce myself, so let's jump right in!

I'm Teri, also known as Cupcake in the blogging community. :)  I'm the girl behind A Cupcake for the Teacher!  I have been blogging for almost two years now… I can't believe it!  Time flies!!

I am a first grade teacher in New Jersey, and I have been for four years {this is my sixth year on the job}.  I have the best job in the world-- I love what I do!!!

Here is a little pic of me and my hubby:

We celebrated two years of marriage over the summer… and we have been together for nine years! :)  Matt is truly my best friend, I turn to him for everything.

More Cupcake Fonts!

I'm really having too much fun with the iPad!

Making my own fonts is so cool!  Haha :)

I made a couple more that I want to share with you:

Cupcake Sugary is a fun font with a mix of little and big letters!  It's all lowercase, except for the letter "i," which is both.  Just shift and type "i" like you normally would for the capital.

Cupcake Glitzy is a fancy little font, and is great for titles!
