Makes a great "non-Halloween" activity for those who are "not allowed" to celebrate AND a great activity tied to a book if you are!

Students all contribute a snack, mix it up, and eat!

Activity comes with a class book, graph activity, and parent letter!

Also makes a great activity for Thanksgiving because it's all about coming together as a community to meet a need!

Milk Carton Gingerbread Houses (The Academic Way!)

Gingerbread houses this time of year are loads of fun and now they are educational too!!!  But a few years ago I was told I could no longer do them because they were not academic.  Soooo.... I made them a lesson!!!  (Oh yeah!)
Students will use addition, subtraction, or counting to make a graph and then use that graph to build their houses!  So much fun and a great learning activity for all ages!
